Just the day before yesterday, a ATR 72-600 of Lao Airlines crashed into a river on approach to Pakse International Airport in bad weather conditions from Typhoon Nari, sadly all 49 people died as a result of the crash, it remains as the deadliest aviation incident in 2013 as well as the first crash involving the ATR 72-600.
