Ive always been a few years behind in the tech race .... but i just discovered(from a 9 year old) rolleyes.gif that i can get access to the net on my macbook (old one) via my S3 .....I know , you know .... but its great. I could never get those stick things to work ... those USB jobbys .
My present posting is sole charge , and you can only play so much solitaire .... so now i can keep an eye on you from my bunker . ninja.gif
I have noticed a slight increase in data usage , so as long as i stay away from youtube (when im here) it should be good .

Thank goodness for kids laugh.gif

Hehe, so you can teach old dogs new tricks? winkyy.gif

We do the same thing with our non-3G iPads when we go on holiday, tether to our mobile phones. Works a treat.
Although the missus does get a bit toey when I use her mobile quota from my iPad wub.gif

Totally agree with this one...my wife's new iPad arrived about the same time as 13 year old grandson. 30 minutes of tuition saved me hours of googling, talk about left behind by technology...there was a time when people came to me for advice...?
