Over the last now, four/five months I have had super issues with even getting online , have the modem simply switch off, I went to my local tech today questioning the subject why recent the connection is or being so unreliable , I was told to phone the ISP NOW - (vodaphone) - , doing that I got shut down, the phone went off the hook after 40 minutes- (that was a technical type phone call) .. I had work required doings this morning and simply was shut down.
Suddenly every popped up and was running around 10.30 - maybe they heard me knocking on the door , thought it was a glitch -
It did it again this afternoon loss off all connection around 3.00pm , I hope its is only bung modem .. I don't think so tho, Finally I get a 'HELLO SIR" on the communicator/phone - I said to the chap on the other end off the phone if he was a tecky, had all these answers and fix from the dumbies internet connection guide.
Have an appointment with a real tecky support guy Friday morning to check the equipment here thru to the box outside, I may have some give idea after the previous peoples took out the box directly at my front gate.
