Its an interesting fact, that like most English/Brit Motorcyclists, used to riding British, Italian and later on, Jap motorbikes, I used to hate Harley Davidson Cruisers with a vengeance known only to Attila the Hun, mainly because they reminded me of the worst of America and George W. Bush in particular, the interfering bloke who removed the only chap in Iraq who had the power and control to keep all the warring tribes in place, and keep Iraq stable!
Now look at the mess he has involved us all in!
But since GWB no longer appears in the news pages, and therefore is of little interest to anyone now, I have been enjoying watching Henry Cole's; "Worlds Greatest Motorcycle Rides", on the Travel Channel, in particular his rides on Vee-twin Cruisers along Route 66, Highway 1, and through New Mexico, Arizona Nevada, and California deserts, etc, areas that I am infinitely familiar with, due to my daily years of daily flying the USA in my Flight Sims!
He also covered NZ North and South Island on a Harley 48!
...also the various You-Tube videos of families of happy Harley Davidson riders having loads of fun and enjoyment touring the highways and byways of North America!
http://www.travelchannel.co.uk/shows/wo ... cyle-rideshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NnBtUQ1TtoI've now got to like the lazy, laid-back, comfortable way of touring long distances on a motorcycle, with throw-over saddle bags, loads of shiny chromium plate, AND the glorious sound and sensation of a 45 degree Vee-Twin engine throbbing between one's legs!...(as the Actress said to the Bishop, and vice versa)!....

...!
I really do fancy a nice Vee-Twin Cruiser now, for a change, to tour the English Countryside in the coming warm Summer days!
...something a little like this!...>>>

Feet firmly planted in the ground.....
I just need to make my mind up now....Joy on Two Wheels!....
