I mean, if a plane is able to fly at 60 KIAS, (or whatever) and you lift it up with a helicopter to take it somewhere else, should you not make sure the helo stays below 60 KIAS?

A seagulls, shags plus hundreds or other seabirds are all birds but they love the water
