Last nights Beef Madras Curry Supper.... ...!



In a Saucepan with Virgin Olive Oil:

Cubed Stewing Steak, (pre-browned).
Chopped Red Onion.
Crushed Garlic.
Red and Green Chillies.
Sliced mixed Peppers.
Cubed Potato.
Chopped Tomato.
Patak's Madras Curry Paste.
Coconut Milk.

..and anything else I can think of... ...!

Placed in a bed of Long Grain and Wild Rice.

Sumptuous!.... ....!

Paul.....I love my Suppers!.... ...!

Mr Paul's Caffee , a Madras , a nice way to finish an even with super hot fresh bread buns or sticks !

..toasted, sliced Garlic Butter French Stick, together with a glass of chilled Dandelion and Burdock was the order of the evening, Ian... ...!

Paul.....Just thinking what to have nice and tasty for Dins today... ...!

My USA Chums are fascinated with my photos and recipes of typical British-type meals, as opposed to their regular McDonald's Beef Burgers (with cheese and fries), etc!... ...!

Paul...I love cooking...almost as much as my Motorbike!... ...!

...I'm not too fond of dusting and Hoovering!... ...!
