What a day , its a shame (or not) that we cant post a "smellomessage " because i would have won a prize today :ph43r:

Started at 0445hrs ..... there i was pulling up the sail on a cruising yacht in the Caribbean , when i heard this beeping sound .... bloody alarm clock , Im back on earth ...
Tried to exit the bed on the usual side and hit the wall ... thats right , Im staying at my mums tonight (not home) ..... location confirmed when i get downstairs, and i spot ironed underwear!
Into the shower with razor and tooth brush, only to emerge wet and sleepy ...... reboil the jug , make a coffee , take it outside and start the car , have a cig and listen to the birds .
Fast forward 35 minutes .... arrive at work (0600) first one there , into the crew room ...another coffee and check the job list , 3 machines to check before 0800 , 2 need fuel .

To cut a long story short , i managed to pour about 2 liters of diesel down my left arm when the trigger on the pump handle jammed ... Im stuck with that smell for the day. <_<
The day progresses (and i stink) , Im informed a machine is on its way in with " biological matter" that will need "special attention" and a quick turnaround .... hang on a minute ..."biological matter"

The beast arrived , a 25mtr boom lift looking a tad grubby.
The driver unloaded it , and informed me that the "dirt" wasn't mud ...... i knew this from the smell , bloody awful.
This machine had been used at a place that makes pet food, for about a month , a place where whole cows are dropped into a grinder and .... it had only been used to allow access to jammed conveyor belts etc , but it was coated in God only knows what.
What a great day for the wash guy to have off (i know he knew... bastard  ) .... attack the thing with high pressure , 150c water , which only seems to cook whatever it is on the thing , and intensify the stench (not paid enough for this crap)

Anyway , to cut a very boring story short , i made it home .... stripped at the door , and ran for the shower.

The things we do in order to sim( and live) .... cow guts and diesel were not on my list <_<

I don't have the Guts for this work, simply cannot handle the smell of offal .. strangely I was told after working with cutting fluids/oil/petrol products and the sweat off the working day, apparently I was told I smelled like a strong smell of human blood.
