Its Christmas Eve in Fozzerland now, and its cold, wet, dark, and miserable, as usual, in the depths of Winter.

It might not feel very "Christmassy", but I envy all you NZ blokes enjoying it in the Sun and warmth of Spring/Summer.

Me? I'm just huddled up against the cold, consuming vast quantities glasses of California's finest Vino to cheer me up!.... :wink2: ...!

I took my first ride on my new Honda Rebel Cruiser yesterday, in between breaks in the torrential rain that we are experiencing lately!

I just need to get Winter over and done with now, to enjoy lots of Bike tours around the English Countryside next Spring/Summer!.... :D ...!

In the meantime, I have to finish off my shopping now, before the shops close for Christmas Day. (They are all open the rest of the time).

I've got my Corn-Fed Chicken all ready for the oven tomorrow morning, and I've got loads of veg in, (and a supply of vino).

The Children, and Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren, have all popped in over the past couple of days, and been showering presents on me, so Christmas morning will be a time of filling the living room with scrap paper.....and new pants and socks!.... ....!

So, my Chums, I wish you all a very happy; "Crimbo", and best wishes for 2016!

Cheers all...... :groupwave: ....!

Paul..... in Herefordshire, in soaking wet England!..... ....!

I'm off to "fly" around Southern California's Palm Trees now, and imagine that its nice and warm and cosy... ....!

11:28 PM Xmas Eve.

I've been spending all Xmas Evening preparing my corn-fed Chicken, loads of assorted vegetables, and potatoes for roasting, ready for early tomorrow morning, when I will coat the Chicken with butter, salt and pepper, and herbs and spices, cover it with smoked streaky bacon and aluminium cooking foil, and pop it onto my gas oven, gas mark 5, for a few hours!
...and make up some Sage and Onion Stuffing....
...and my AMAZING Gravy!

I know its all going to be absolutely fantastic, when its all served on a HOT plate ready to devour!!

Apple Pie and Custard for Pudding!

A very Happy Xmas to all my many various NZ Chums....

...enjoy yourselves... :D ...!

...I know I will!.... ...!

Paul..... :D ...!

I've now had a week off, spending time with my daughter, who's visiting from Wellington, and we went down to my son's place in Geraldine Christmas Eve, I'm just back now. So managed to spend Christmas with two of my children, and the grandchildren, a real treat for me. So although this year has been a bit of a pig, it certainly ended well!

So I hope you all had a great day, and that you enjoy the break.
