I should have mentioned and shown you to take the turnoff just after the Rangitata River to Geraldine on the Orari bridge highway, then you head to Fairlie , would have taken an hour and bit off the journey. BUGGER!

I saw the Geraldine options but decided to stay with the main. The turnoff is the start of SH8, but the first time they admit that is the other side of Fielding
..

You haven't really enjoyed WOW until you've had to scramble for cover from the wind and hail... But it never lasts long.

Dug out the Big Movie I made last time I was at WOW... in 2004!
Time sure flies... what's the story with the Catalina?
I see there's to be one at the show this year, talk of a recent restoration.
Thought it's been here all along?

I have been following the rebuild, simply that is a story in itself ..WOW even I've taken a break .. the Mid/late 1990s was super rocking , others realy lost the exicitment Sir Tim put into , for me flying in on the DC-3 2004 was the moment .. BUT to get the flight back from Wanaka to Wigram in the Jump seat Was the Ultimate

Coulda come from anywhere, Marty...these days surfaces get the blame, not other people sneezing and so on. Some good Marlborough Red medicine soon knocked it for six.
