On his own land for the last twenty five years, a Chinese chap decided to move his Garage ... We Just seen a 'Ian Softbotton' [EDIT : Smallburn'] 'on TV3 news a councilor of land and placement .. I thought 'Tight Ass' ! Auckland dumb-brainer .. what is the friggen problem ... its a friggen Garage for the car ... it was moved for convenience ....... I would have done the same ... if ya going to put a family in it ... would you not want it in the back .... drrrrrrr ... hello and

pretty brief article, wonder if theres any detail were missing? Judges comment about it being "the worst offending of its kind" seems a stretch???
