Posted the requirements in the Chat Forum, Ian... :wink2: ...!

Gently heat the Ham Carborana Sauce in a small saucepan.
If the Tagliatelle is dried, boil for 8-10 minutes in a large saucepan in slightly salted water.
(If it is fresh Tagliatelle refer to the package for cooking).
Drain the Tagliatelle and pop it into the Sauce, and mix in the pan. (Add some extra Smoked Ham if you have some left over).

Serve onto a PRE-HEATED plate with fresh buttered crusty bread

Enjoy!

...I did... ....!

Paul... :D ...!

I avoid deep "frying" stuff in fat or oil, Ian.
Normally, the only thing I fry is a fried egg in a frying pan.
....even then I only use Virgin* Olive oil.

The crinkle chips are "oven chips", on a tray in the oven, for 20 minutes gas mark 8...>>> http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/gro ... chips-18kg

...same with the Battered Fish.

Even Bacon is grilled!

Sausages, I roast in the oven, placed on a wire rack. (They cook/brown all round, then!)

Avoiding fatty stuff is what keeps me slim...thin... :wink2: ...!

Paul..... :D ....!

* ....I love saying that..... :rolleyes: ....!

I don't put on weight, or get fat, but I do suffer from weak muscles, arms, legs, back, etc...due to inactivity...(riding my motor bike and sitting in chairs, resting, sleeping, etc)..... ...!

The muscles in my legs are like lengths of wet string...

Mowing the lawn, (occasionally), is the only exercise I ever get, apart from going upstairs to bed...

I hate the thought of wearing myself out.... :o ...!

Paul.... ...!

I always like picking something nice and tasty, sausages, pies, sausage rolls, etc, and making it into a big, proper meal with various vegetables and gravy!

A complete, inexpensive, Sunday Dinner for the price of two sausages/one pie....!

....and its fun preparing and cooking it...and guarantee that its going to taste fantastic!

No need to pay loadsa money for an expensive restaurant meal!

Paul..... :D ....!
