CHC parking Nazi b***h

Had a run in with a parking ...person .. this afternoon , brain dead bint.I was working in the city today , on the new Ministry of justice site . Because it was so cold , i decided to start a bit later (after sunrise) so my usual park was full.
I parked in the restart mall car park ... cnr of St Asaph and Colombo (for those who know the city)
The sign said 3 hours max ... no problem I thought , i can zip down and buy some more time ... however , when i went to pay at the machine , i found that i could park there until 1500hrs for $18.00 .
Paid , got the ticket , put it on the dashboard and went to do I what had to do.
Anyway ... i got back to the car at 1450hrs to find a ticket about to be placed on my car. I pointed out to the trog concerned that i still had 10 minutes left and was going to add another hour.
She pointed to the sign that said "3 hours max" ... and without looking at me kept working on her tablet thing processing the ticket.
At this point i took the parking receipt from the car and thrust it in front of her ..... "$18.00 paid until 3pm" , no eye contact ... just a gesture to the 3 hour sign.
I was extremely tired , very cold , i really needed a coffee ... and this person was becoming a tad irritating , to say the least.
Enough was enough .... i told her , I have paid $18.00 to park here ... i have a receipt, your machine took my money , and if you point to that 3 hour sign again I'll wrap it around your neck .
In the meantime , another victim of this nasty bit of work turned up with the same compliant ... and he already had a $60 ticket , and still had 2 hours left.
He , unlike me ... was a little more direct , and after a short conversation she departed.
I have kept the receipt , i have a confirmation on my bank statement that i paid , just in case it moves up a level.
Come on CCC , we are helping rebuild your broken bloody city ... dont add more stress .
, I have to go back there in the morning ... i may just walk this time 
its not far from home.

Look's like wishful thinking on my part or maybe Marty's , I only noticed it yesterday coming back shops down Bowen St, there is a "Parking 120" sign in the gutter, concrete mount and dirt, council would not leave it like this, looks like they have a 'PPPR' in the streets and maybe clandestine operation in the fog .... that will cheer you up Marty 
No wonder the living costs in Australia are much higher.... its all because of parking
