Posted: Sat Sep 03, 2016 3:22 pmIt is Ironic it happened around the same time in the morning as the Sep CHCH EQ (around the 4.30 mark), that seemed to really rattle the city .. well the people, this one seemed to be one of those cheap fireworks ya get these days from the Warehouse , lit then just fizzled out.
