When Air New Zealand had its anniversary a few years back and held a display at Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch with the display of the 737 flight deck out the front for everyone to look at.
I guess everyone knew the released a book for the 75 years and you may disagree but it could have been done better. I saw a link to this from Aussie airliners where you can buy a flash drive that appears
to have a few thousand pages so that is the reason for the flash drive and not a book. I wanted to know if anyone had one and if its worth buying ? http://www.aussieairliners.org/airnz75/indexpage.html

I have the book, I was very disappointed with it, tho it still warranted going into the history collection, the content are very basic and I would almost call it general knowledge by compare to my collection here.

Yes your right, that is why I did wonder if the flash drive is worth buying ? You think two thousand or so pages should be detailed you hope

The book is just on 250 pages, my pet hate is the fact its paperback, rather any true historical book, its more a time line, advert style, coffee table book, still Ok for the one who dose not have a library, very much designed for the layman.

Next one will be 100 years, you can source a good selection at Amazon NZ or other shops , my earliest NZ Civil Aviation history was printed in 1974 by David Rendel , doubt if you might find one, but that gives a very detail account.
