BATTLESHIPS in Colour

Now this is Very very well done, colourised 1915 to 1930's Imperial Japanese Navy Battleships, these were all in service during WWII B-)

Now this is a goodie , This is a very well known photo, the mission to colourise this is brilliant, I'd love to give this a go with my CS5.5 program

Beautifully done, that last one is truly chilling.
Bit of an art niche this: Peter Jackson's WWI exhibition in Wellie makes good use of colourised photos, a game changer to see.

It is impressive work ... I do have to get up to see Sir Pete's WWI project , I must play around colourizing a photo myself .

Look at the change, totally rebuilt after Pearl Harbour, if you follow these Battleships, this is the same class as the USS California which well photoed after the Dec 7th 1941 attack, re-coloured, look at the flak batteries, main armment was 14.5 and only 600 ft long , built in 1917-20 she weight in at 34,000 tons in 1943/5 after the rebuild in weight in at 40,500 tons and its side profile it looked more like the South Dakota class ... impressive looking after it be-build B-)
