<_< Well ... who looks a right wally ... guess it's me.
Remember my post in tech problems about the aerosoft EE T5 making P3D V3/ 4 fade to black after 3 or minutes flying ...
Well, I also erroneously stated it was with any aircraft ... I retract that.
I reinstalled the T5 today, but before flying it I took the maule for a few circuits ... all went well.
Landed and changed to the T5 ...... kept it low and slow (ish) for 10 minutes, then got bored and powered the old girl up, and pointed it straight up.
Around FL 30/35 it started to fade ... no sound ... I thought "here we go again ... more bucks wasted " ...and then an epiphany from the sim gods ....Oxygen !

Restart ... away I went .... zoom climb to whatever, passing 30, the fade <_< . Push the stick forward, power back ....and slowly ... things come back.
This thing models hypoxia :o

Sure enough ... it's in the manual, which I disregarded.... never again :(

Problem solved .... duh

Yeah, at the time I did think of the 'red-out' effect which always happens to me in anything fast, but I did assume that you'd come across this before, and had ruled that out...

Good thing I didn't do the usual splitpin thing ... and fire at will at aerosoft :( or who ever.

What a pratt :P Looking forward to getting it right, and enjoying this monster.
