Air New Zealand again

You must be getting sick of this now, but I must share the love.

Went to the Airport this morning, not really knowing where the glasses may have been left.
Approached a nice lady at the check in thing, who directed me to Luggage inquiries...which is where I found Wayne.
He had all sorts of things in a little plastic bin ... BMW keys, a wallet, cell phone etc .... but no glasses -_-

He asked me who and how the glasses were taken to CHC, I explained, via the Air crew. He went out the back and handed me an envelope (with fragile stickers) The glasses :bow:

Again, I can't fault the level of customer service this Airline offers, and it will be posted on their website.

Glad the whole experience went well for you there Marty.
Good on you for posting some positive stuff on the Air NZ website. Folk are generally quick to post the negative stuff and not so much the positive.

Received a great email from Air New Zealand yesterday re my comments.
The lady concerned will contact all the appropriate people :thumbup:
