Dinner-time for Marty.....

Massive Beef Casserole:

Boiled Potatoes with Garlic, Milk, and Butter.
Chopped Stewing Steak. (Browned).
Carrots.
Parsnips.
Onions.
Leeks.
Garlic.
Chopped Spring Cabbage.
Butter Beans.
Pearl Barley.
Lentils.
Fresh Parsley.

Vegetable water.
Vegetable Stock Cube.
Chicken Stock Cube.
OXO Stock Cube.
Bisto. (browning and thickening).
Ground Black Pepper.
Whole Green Peppercorns.

Suet Dumplings with added Mixed Herbs.

Love and Passion....

...and a glass (or two/three) of California Napa Valley Red Vino.

Typical of my tasty meals seven days a week!... :wink2: ...!
