I was a doubter, I really was ....NO WAY a thing that doesn't use oil can cook deep-fried chicken the way I like it.
I was wrong...... the $200 my partner paid for this machine yesterday is worth every cent ....I was wrong.
Thoughts?

I bought one a few weeks ago, and I am very happy with it. It cooks all sorts of things, not just deep-fried Mars Bars and the like. I also bought a couple of cookbooks. One is in American measurements. The other is in metric. Interesting recipes - in the intro, they rave on about reduced-fat cooking, and then provide recipes involving butter, and double cream sauces. Seems to defeat the purpose. There are heaps of air fryer recipes out there on the 'Net. The most useful advice I found was in the second cookbook " Use your normal oven recipes, but reduce the temp and the time by 20%"
Mine has three racks, a rotating drum and a rotisserie.
