Virtual Reality VR Flying in the HP Reverb G2 is upon the Flight Sim community
From You Tuber VR Flight Sim Guy he's had his HP Reverb G2 since the start of November and is a Microsoft Flight Simulator VR Beta Tester who's currently under NDA.
He has reiterate the comment made previously by the head of Microsoft Flight Simulator Jorg Neumann, from one the MSFS Asobo Developer Q&A sessions and is in agreement with the comment made that VR in Microsoft Flight Simulator is simply Amazing.
Here's his initial Reverb G2 Flight Sim impressions video's in AFS2, XPlane, DCS and commentary from the past few weeks.
Please note if you've never flown in VR before and think that you might be susceptible towards having Motion Sickness. He recommends starting off with small steps, like with doing a small 5 minute flight session wearing a VR headset then having like an hours break, then come back for another try of a longer 10 minute flight session. Then take a another break away from the VR Headset and re-try longer and longer VR Flights each time to help ease you into VR Flying and getting use to the immersion of VR.
