Christmas 2021

Postby Splitpin » Fri Dec 24, 2021 3:07 pm

Just want to thank you all for a great year on the forum, this rapidly evolving pastime never ceases to amaze me. It's been a hard one for sure, but here we are at the end and mainly still standing.
Being in Christchurch I have missed most of the Covid disruption, so I hope those of you who have had major disruptions can get a little breathing space.
Maybe 2022 will be my upgrade year, after all my planning, real life got in the way and blew it out the window, but I suppose "that's life" and this (sim) after all is a hobby.
So, from me and mine, I wish you all a safe, happy Christmas. Indulge as you see fit...smoke if you have them, love you all ....

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

I guess for flightsimmers there's the prospect of MSFS only getting better and better!

Funny thing, Auckland doesn't really seem to know if it's happy or not.
Traffic went berserk last Thursday, assume some Xmas shopping fueled that.
For many that can, it's back to work with only a week of "Festive Season"

Happy Christmas to all on NZFF.

Late to the party, due to time difference.

Have a great Christmas weekend everyone!

I spend eleven months of the year in the UK and one in NZ. I'm hoping to improve that... ;-)
