Sofa day ...thanks Sky TV

Haven't been feeling too flash all weekend, super cold outside... so today was a TV day... dawn till dusk, Supercars (Darwin) Superbikes, F1, Fast and loud Hot Rod show ..... back on deck at 0630 in the morning, so, a quick snack and some rack time.
