September always seems to be an odd month for me lately...Mum and Dad's birthdays, fathers day...
Dad departed the planet 8 years ago ... I had to be reminded....and that's sad.
Mum is in Burwood hospital with 2 spinal fractures ..... not a fall this time, just an overworked GP who didn't arrange an X-ray months ago  ...long story and not for this forum... it's being dealt with.... thank God for younger brothers.
I try not to get gloomy, but it's hard ...I just thank the powers that I'm surrounded by caring loving people.

But, tonight I was out having a ciggie, and a clump of Canada Geese were on short finals for the local lake ... or Lake et (It's small) as they turned, the sunset lit up the undersides of their wings ...anyway, you had to be there.
Waffle waffle ....stay safe.

"EVERYTHING" at once aye .... if it doesn't rain it pours :)

Until certain members of my own family "time expired" IO used to have what might be considered the mother of those sorts of situation/s .... and which went like this ....

- December 21st = grandfathers birthday
- December 22nd = grandfathers birthday
- December 23rd = brothers birthday
- December 24th/25th/26th = Christmas Day
- December 28th = mums birthday

And as if I wasn't already content with the above my wifes father passed away "in Colombia" on December 17th 2000 .... then my own father passed away "in NZ" on December 18th 2000/the very next day .... and believe it od not both for the very same health reason :(
