Life is good most of the time

Dad departed the planet 8 years ago ... I had to be reminded....and that's sad.
Mum is in Burwood hospital with 2 spinal fractures ..... not a fall this time, just an overworked GP who didn't arrange an X-ray months ago
...long story and not for this forum... it's being dealt with.... thank God for younger brothers.
I try not to get gloomy, but it's hard ...I just thank the powers that I'm surrounded by caring loving people.
But, tonight I was out having a ciggie, and a clump of Canada Geese were on short finals for the local lake ... or Lake et (It's small) as they turned, the sunset lit up the undersides of their wings ...anyway, you had to be there.
Waffle waffle ....stay safe.
