Ideal day to cut the suckers off the cherry tree, tidy up the garage and tend to my orchids ...but no, I've decided to look into and explain, why Lymph pre-collectors don't have smooth muscle cells.
And time permitting I'll learn more about the internal bi-cuspid valves, they do have.....joy.
But seriously .....and that was, I'm helping my partner with the pre practical theory part of her next diploma in treating lymphadenopathy, pre and post Oncology treatment.
She is highly intelligent and very well educated, but English is not her first language....and under pressure she finds it hard follow (pre course zoom meetings etc)
I sat in on one meeting, and the doctor presenter had a heavy German accent that even I couldn't clearly understand ....hopefully there will be some leeway for non native English speakers, and there are a few on this course.
The whole thing has become a nightmare, we misunderstood the time frame (2 levels at the same time, which added 4 more days) so the return flights I've booked have to be changed , accommodation and rental car extended...time off work etc...and $$
My stress levels are through the roof, we don't arrive in Auckland until 1830 the day before....driving to a place I've never been before in the dark...and I bet it rains....and then finding our way to the venue for an 0830 start the next day
What could go wrong....just had to unload gents....sorry.
