Posted: Tue May 06, 2008 1:57 pmPosted: Tue May 06, 2008 2:20 pmMy brother suffers from insomnia, he ended up getting a night job working as a baker then became the manager. he has been doing that for 10 years now. He found that his insomnia isn't so bad when he sleeps in the day. But before he had the job he wouldn't get to sleep till about 6am, then have to start work at 9am,pretty hard for him at the time.
Posted: Tue May 06, 2008 2:30 pmYeah i sleep in the day work most of the rest of the time ,just depends i have to be up at 7 everyday, most mornings i get to bed about 3-4am .. i do work my best at the early hours
