I've got a sore back (around the middle area in between my shoulder blade and hip).
I have come to the conclusion that I have pulled a muscle fro stress of carrying too much on my back.

Does anyone have any stretches that would help provide relaxation of the approximate area or any quick fixes?

Im not a doctor, but Ive had that pain before and I dont think its a tare. Wana know what from? Bad Computer Posture!!

Im not saying thats the cause, but its a possibilty. For me, it was that and a combination of rugby stress.

So, its probably just some strain. Personally, I wouldnt do any stretches as its a pretty fragile area, so just leave it for a week or so- See if it gets better.

seriously now you should if its that bad go to a doctor/psycho ,or strap it with tape take some pain relif and try to keep moving around as much as you can but at the same time relaxing it from hard work like sitting down ,ive also been told its best to sleep on your stomach than your back ...

if its the computer thats done it to you get a new seat and sit the right way ,there is such a thing as the chair marathon and you have to be prepared to do the long hours in them so best to have a good pair of nike for the job at hand
