1965, Holy, I flew to OZ in a DC8 back in 1980 on a rugby trip.

Didn't realise they were that old.

Nice Aeroplane, Bit hairy coming into wellington though. You should have seen the flex in the wings.

aha yeah I have one of those (still!) out of Skippy Cornflakes - also a blue 707, red VC-10, silver Tristar, green Learjet, silver Mig 21, a Phantom, Green Draken, Gold 747, Blue Jaguar and a Silver Mirage F1 if I recall correctly.

And, let's not forget, also the 72nd birthday of everyone's favourite air force!
