I flew into Bern Belp (Switzerland) in FS9 - I'd been flying my Dornier around there and wasn't bothered about closing and restarting FS9, so I installed and changed planes.
Then I opened FSX to compare at the same airport.
FPS is a wee bit down in "x", but nothing that can#t be tweaked.
Flight? Superb - especially now that I have pedals as well. Never flown in a real one though, but she feels good. I have flown in a Chippie (same sound almost) and I recall plenty of Tiggie flying displays... those Gypsies have a sound of their own.
This plane is a must! Don't worry if you don't have FSX yet. She's a head turning beaut in FS9 too.
First glance at the paintkit tells me that a paint will (should) work in either version - now there's a bonus. We have been spoilt rotten lately.... The DO27 is immaculate and so is this. If you love throaty prop jobs, you'll love the new Tiggie.
Damned expensive, yes - in NZ$ for sure.
Christmas is coming and this is THE present for old plane lovers (well and the DO27 - so spread your "Santa letters" around a bit

)
