Twin Otter over Marlborough

Post and comment on screen captures from the beautiful game here. Home of the monthly screenshot competition

Another new install, this time the Aerosoft Twin Otter. A great add-on (all Aerosoft ones seem good), and great for STOL practices. Must comment about the great sounds from this model, which through speakers sound fantastic. Interior cabin views are also good, and although there is no 2D cockpit, the 3D cockpit is wonderful, even down to the worn warning stickers on the control columns. Had some practice flights around Marlborough, so here are the results from last night. FSX and RealNZ Marlborough scenery. The screenshots might start another discussion about how brown NZ should be, these screenshots must be in early Spring!!! :-

Next is almost over SH1 between Blenheim and Picton, with the road and rail bridge visible on the right side of the picture:-

and from the other direction

and looking out towards the sounds & Picton :-

Smooth Landings.

I've always been a big fan of the Twotter, and Aerosoft's model looks like the best rendition flight simulator has ever seen!

Don't hesitate to post more shots

Great model and great shots. (I especially like the third, but I don't know why)

Wow. The RealNZ scenery really is quite realistic.

Cheers and Happy Flying
