Thought I'd share a couple of my repaints because it's 5am and I'm bored but not even slightly tired. I can only share a couple, I've only finished one and got one as a work in progress. Both prompted by a lack of pretty NZ paints for the planes in question. Well, specifically for one ...
This was my very first attempt at a repaint, in which I discovered that it's not as easy as it looks.
Not bad for a first try, and learning how to do it, and all that ... This is how it ended up. Still a couple of rough edges to smooth out, but it's flyable
And now, my work in progress, the thing that actually prompted me to learn something about repainting .......
(drum roll please)
I have to do the tail now. I hate tails
I might go to bed instead
