I scrubbed up a paint for the mike stone F27 and did some window adjustments to the old grey ones and mod config files. It works well with the hawker siddeley 748 panel/sound in!
Now just have to find some undercarriage for them and then the only thing letting her down is VC.

First the old red unsure.gif

NZTG was the place to be today for test flying thumbup1.gif

Now my maiden flight for AirWork Aotearoa ohmy.gif

Some passes O/H NZTG drool.gif

After low approach overshoot off to Base NZNS icon_arrow.gif

Finally Gear down in to NZNS cheers1.gif

Cheers

If that's the same F50 i think you guys are talking about it's pretty good looking... can't comment on it's flight characteristics though... The engines on my one cut out when I apply full throttle. Bizarre!

Waka that Airwork scheme has to be the most boring and unoriginal paint scheme ever to find it's way on to an aircraft.....boring white with a small uninteresting logo on the tail and dull font airline insignia.
Dont get me wrong. I am not complaining about your work in the repaint just the actual operators lack of originality.
Are you going to make your NAC and Air NZ repaints available....at least to mates .....wink.....wink winkyy.gif

Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!

ahh the old f-27, my first airline flights were on an anz 737-200 out of chc in to wlg, then on an ANZ f-27 to wanganui, i remember climbing out of WLG over the hills, what a rough ride, i still remember the engine noise, love those old fashioned engines and the noise they make!!
In the ongoing battle between objects made of aluminum going hundreds of miles per hour and the ground going zero miles per hour, the ground has yet to lose.

F50 = P&W Turboprops
F27 = Rolls Royce Darts,........ Real Engines, with that absolutely UNIQUE and unforgettable sound !!

Very nice looking paints for Mike's old F27 model, thumbup1.gif ........but missing a very IMPORTANT one ,..................
NAC "Wings of the Nation" paintjob........... drool.gif

I have the same problem with the FSX F50 so I never use full throttle for more than about 15 seconds it takes off very nicely using about 7/8 throttle or even less but yes it is a very nice Aircraft.
But I would still like very much to get an F27 with VC for FSX

Hey Waka. Any chance of getting a copy of the repaints for the white Airwork scheme? Would love a copy.
Have you uploaded these to simviation or flightsim (or avsim for that matter?)
