Bungee Jumpers !

Post and comment on screen captures from the beautiful game here. Home of the monthly screenshot competition

I took off from YSSY, blundered around for a bit, landed in a park (admittedly a large one) then got back to the airport.

The park and the random flying had been interesting, and I very encouragingly wasn't a smoking hole in the ground yet, so I decided to do some flightseeing.

Now what could there possibly be around here to look at ?

Oh yes, that's right ...

Bungee Jumpers !!!

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!!

Now comes the interesting bit

Much to my astonishment I ended up on a gray bit, about 100 metres away from where I was aiming at. That will improve with practise, and OMG there will be some practising going on !

Cheers
Gary

ps - that would have been a nightmare without trackIR. If you fly helicopters you need it. End of story.

Totally agree with you on the trackIR thing it does help alot cruzing in for the landings ,thought youd pick a place like Auckland super city X to practice heli skills ,NZMB is my favorite approach outta the four main pads ,enjoy the rotorwing winkyy.gif

I only played a little with my trackIR , recently brought it off Ian 'Hoki' , and not with helo's as yet .. seems i spent to much time flying a chopper that its now second nature on PC unsure.gif

I don't have any addon scenery installed (because I don't have any for fsx) and Sydney has a bit more default stuff to cruise around.

I have trackir and can not imagine FSXing without it.
I have yet to have a serious try at flying a chopper though. The few times I did manage to give one a quick try it never ended (or even begun) well ....
After looking at your screen shots I am tempted to do some more crash landings to see if I can get it right once.
