Firing up FSX shortly... A mate in Tauranga has sorted out a 750km task to fly in his DG400 (self launching machine, much like the DG808) so I grabbed the turnpoint details and drew up a plan to fly in FSX.

Launch out of Tauranga and climb in the wave, then:
Start gate = Taumata Rd intersection, Sugarloaf (tip of the Coromandel), Hamurana Golf Course, Sandy Bay (Port Charles) with a finish at NZOP.

The last leg is going to be the big one - off-shore and downwind, albeit at around FL200.
