Agreed! Was there any image to the left? Seems a crying shame to crop that Jerry fighter!

Strange to think they were in there 19s and 20s could not drive a car but flew into every sort and type of war thrown at them .

Very nice Brendan......have you considered doing that sort of stuff for museums? ....you should. Its odd you did that one, Ive been researching a relative who was killed back in 1942...he was the tail gunner on lancasters (9 Sqn) and they where shot down and crashed in Demark. It was a brand new aircraft and only the crews 5th op......all gone, all under 30 years old.

Thanks for posting....inspires me to find out more about them.....cheers thumbup1.gif
