Not just the aircraft but that runway with all the expansion slots and many sealcoat patches - terrific.

Connor , YEP! that greenie colour is like Boeing with their brownie colour but i tell you , Id prefer to fly on a plane in the Brownie colour , well look at it Greenie .. the amount off crash,s .. the name simply imply,s the very political party here in NZ , Hey marn , want a joint blink.gif

Supposedly the green colour was designed to prevent fatigue. I have no idea if that is true but it seems comparable to how in the late 90s they painted police cells with pastel colours to calm the prisoners down...though it just seemed to #### them off more since they peeled it off and eat the peelings! laugh.gif

That green sure isn't pretty but it's all about function over form - it's just zinc chromate, the same stuff the yanks poured into the cockpits of countless military aircraft.
Generally the American goo had a more yellow tinge to it, but that varied by the batch from lime-green all the way through to brown-black... It's not pretty but it's cheap and does it's bit against corrosion wink.gif

I found the Tu on there too and its pretty darn nice to look at and fun to fly...
