Thanks Rob, I had no idea the Russians used Spits.....that one is from the 26th Air defence group, Leningrad 1945.

Those ruskys used everything even picking up types from the US and flying them around the Aleutian chain , notable the A-20 and P-39s .

Forced me to Google again. That spur of the moment fix, chopping off the wingtips to combat the FW190 roll rate, made the Mark 9 the largest production run of any Spitfire. An excellent shot - jealous of your frames

Thanks guys....Dave...all you need is picasa, it a free download....can be made up to full spec for a fee, but i found the free version more than enough along with photoshop, Im learning a lot.

But the frame just add's value to whatever its framing ......i think so anyway, and will continue to do so.
