Before you start asking why the answer is yes there are two June entries as there was a dead heat for first place in june.

I must admit, from AKL it'd probably have to be a flight ... it's a long trip for an old codger like me to be doing it in a car. That said, I did make it to Takaka a couple of years ago .. but we took our time getting down there.

I dunno .. maybe it's simply because it's *summer* and many NZFFers are out there enjoying it instead of being stuck in front of a PC. Who knows, many of them could actually by FLYING!!!

@Ian ... That Lanc is one of my favourites (thanks) - not so much that shot itself .... more because of the 500 other "also rans" I had when taking it. Nearly filled up my HD
