That 1987 Airshow in CHCH was the 50th anniversary of the RNZAF airshow, and also the London CHCH air race finish.
On the DC-8 front, i believe ZK-NZD which was Air NZ's Long Haul Freight dog was sold in 1989 to Connie Kallita and was eventually scrapped in 2001

Thanks Sean, if i have a preferred "style" for screenshots , then it would be like this one. Sometimes what cant be seen (or only just seen) can be as interesting as a razor sharp high colour shot......anyway , enough of my waffle , thanks again.
