It is clear, that the "Hawk" is at the moment the most interesting aircraft in my inventory... She is more agile and has more power as the Lotus L-39 Albatros, which i love also. Both aircraft are in the same range.
I came now from a flight from Llanbedr to Edinburgh in bad weather. It was very interesting... biggrin.gif

Other than yourself , i'm not sure how many of NZFFers have the Hawk .. friggen nice cool.gif and as you said in the rubbish weather ... so COOL!

It dose feel more like a MIL trainer than the L-39 . The L-39 has its points - one being shared cockpit in multiplay , now that is interesting ! cool.gif

Like the Original, the Lotus L-39 Albatros is underpowered. You can feel it, if you are going vertical to fly a loop. With the Hawk, this is no problem.

First time i looped it was over photoreal Marlborough and coming back down going threw storm cloud and few glimp's of the ground craning my neck with cockpit detonation cord ... it was a vertigo feeling GREAT! cool.gif
