A bit more rudder turning final and I would have been on the bitumen instead of 6m left of it...but I walked away, and they can still use the plane, so YES

Always interested in comparison shots, Ian, but I prefer to keep Orbx on their own side of the ditch after that switcher debacle, when my FTX AU banjaxed my NZ VLC.. I think it was Rob who said FTX looked prettier, but VLC was more accurate. That will do me![]()
Yet to see NZ in real life, so I don't know. I keep Scenery Complexity down to Normal to stop rogue default stuff popping up everywhere - what level would the FTX stuff require?

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

I was very impressed with the chase plane video of the new Mossie around Ardmore - their scenery looked just like my VLC![]()
I even had a run round in the DG Beaufighter, and yes, lots of distinctive objects to be seen, just like in the video.
