Just to demonstrate that I'm not totally one-eyed about the Seattle-based product (Chicago?)...
This is an AI plane made flyable, so just a bit of fun to take it around for a photoshoot.
I'll turn it back into AI at some point as the external model is faithfully captured.

Reading today about an upbeat ANZ still hoping for a 2014 delivery of this troubled airliner:
I'm looking forward to seeing it, I reckon the longer -900 model is the right shape, and will look excellent in ANZ livery.

Thanks "Marty with the Stars"
This view is probably better, it's a really complex shape, especially in nose and wingtip, truly 3 dimensional design.

The fleet is still grounded however, and bleeding red ink.
I wonder what this programme has cost Boeing?

In RL I work on the 787 program. I had a chance to fly the very first engineering sim that trained the first program test pilots. Very wonderful experience! She's a beautiful aeroplane smile.gif

I'm hoping for a public opening at all the Major airports across the NZ , old days of the C5 and 747 hoards turn up for the first looksie and back then plenty of parking .. so it will be interesting to see if our ANZ will turn on a party for all .
