The aircraft is a Tupolev Tu-154B-2, produced by Project Tupolev.
There are FSX-native and FS2004 versions.

If you check it out (it's free), feel free to private message me. It is a nearly complete systems simulation of this aircraft, and is incredibly complex. I would be happy to assist in the learning process, as I've been flying the 154 in the sim for years!
