Hi all,

It's great to be back here after a while. My real life flying has been pretty busy so I haven't had much time to post. Nice to cop a bit of Ian and Splitpin's banter again, plus the rest of you.

I recently shifted from FSX to Prepar3d - firstly, all I can say is that if any of you are on the fence about the switch...GO FOR IT. P3D is just incredible. I have got far better performance and just an overall better sim out of the switch. Here is my latest flight in the Razbam Metro III from NZHK to NZWF.

Enjoy

Thanks mate. It's a great aircraft to flight alright! I am still needing a bit more time to get my head around a couple of the systems, but all in all it's a great model.

Looks great, was discussing the Metro the other day with a Captain, said it was the one aircraft that he never wanted to fly again.......

Hopefully you can spread some of that love to airport developers. It is the one major issue with P3D at present. No P3D specific freeware and some FSX airports have issues.
Now if we can all convince Lawrie..........
Remember the 50-50-90 rule. Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong!
