I wasn't Prepar3d for this!

So in the three weeks I'm home I try to fly virtual as much as possible. I'm doing this online on IVAO now and it's great fun doing that!

So I did a really short flight from Long Beach, California to the new ORBX Palm Springs. It was in total a 40 minute flight in the Q400, where the normal flight would take you 25 minutes.(I'm still learning the aircraft and I screwed some things up biggrin.gif) I knew this scenery was pretty, but what I saw was simply amazing! I won't be posting individual screens, it's simply too much work to resize them all, and it will cost quality. So I put here a link of an album I've put them in.

Album Palm Springs

I hope you like watching them as much as I liked making them!

Addons: ORBX Palm Springs, Majestic Q400, Alabeo Waco YMF-5 and REX4 Texture Direct

A lot of exciting scenery is released in the last months! This is just one of the many.

I really like flying in NZ because you can see so many different things at once, like huge mountains and sea. Or plains and large rivers. But I've seen FTX NZ a bit by now and I currently I don't have the money for a Godzone subscription. So until I can add that to my library, you can find me literally everywhere in the world! Just a bit less in NZ winkyy.gif

That is one thing regard to New Zealand ... it can so dynamically in such a short time and for all sorts of aircraft types , 747s NZCH-AA_CH run to Dash8s NZCH to NZWN .. and then the others , the choice is endless ... great thing is it ideal for the short time it takes point to point . smile.gif

Very nice. I'ce spent a fair bit of time flying around SOCAL and in particular Palm Springs so it looks familiar but very well done. I have photoreal for this area but the ORBX stuff looks pretty comparable in your shots. Thanks for the share. clapping.gif

I too have the state of California in photoreal, but it isn't as crisp and the mesh isn't as detailed as in this ORBX package though. Thanks for watching!
