This isnt the old Alphasim model , its one from a guy called Chris Hodgson. It was going to be a payware model , but something went wrong , and it ended up here (free) but not complete.
But from a screen only point of view (and its for fs2004) i think its pretty good.
Good to see win10 can handle (with ease) these older models .

Loving the first shot Marty, good work there. I've never really been a fan of this aircraft but have to admit that you have rekindled my interest in it with these screens.

In my school-days, we all liked the V-Bombers, but the Valiant was too old-fashioned, and while the Vulcan was a mighty beast, it was the Victor which was really 'out there'.
With the white anti-flash paint, the full-colour roundels and other insignia are wrong. The real ones were sort of pale red and pale blue, not royal red and blue. Odd thing was, those pastel shades were matte, not high-gloss, which you would expect if the idea was to reflect as much of the heat flash as possible...

Late 50's they paled them down with the thought off anti flash and all sorts off ideas , did not last long , I recall mention when the USAF turned up in their bold colours the paints/marking were made brighter ... the old where not scared off you .

Marty - that one has a dangly thing indicating it is one of the three-point tankers, which didn't get into service until the end of 1965, so maybe by then the anti-flash theory had changed

Strikingly they remove the weapons, then later really could have been used .. typical Govt politics
