I think I like it because it's a good size for me -- kind of like getting on a bus, without being herded like cattle.
My best flight was Tauranga to Christchurch, after photographing NZTG. The training school there organised access etc, and I was meant to go up in a heli for some aerial shots, but the pilot was late because of the weather. So there I was waiting on the far side of the airport, with my flight home getting closer, so when the heli finally arrived he just dropped me on the tarmac beside the 1900d. The other passengers were wondering who the hell I was getting that sort of treatment...
