There's a new HOTAS available now. They are also in the process of making a Viper Grip and stick which is mount to the base pairs. Shipping mine starting 10/16.

This is a custom stick chrome finish for another person. But you can see the correct ergonomic mounting. Stick base with gimbal housing is much streamlined now in the finished product compared to the early dev images.
