Random XP11

The more I work with this sim, the more I like it.
I was amazed at the number of developers providing content for it.... a lot of them only making it for XP.
My system can't do any of it real justice at the moment, so just hang with me for a while.

Another Kiwi ...ZK-EVO

a little bit of stuff going on there with shadows, but it's me, not the sim.

and another two from BN

Just to clarify, I've had Xplane 11(demo) sitting on a hard drive for some time, and have only recently moved to the full thing. I've spent a good part of the weekend spending money I shouldn't have on bits for this sim that I can't even run ...at the moment. My frame rates are a joke .... but Im giving it a go.

The Islanders are amazing. When I was in Auckland the first time they would fly over where I was staying. :D

Nice work, Marty
Does the BN-2 have that maddening alarm when you forget to switch off the port side magnetos before you open the door to let the pax out?

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Thanks for looking gents.
Aharon, that is the Manfred Jahn model, so that paint may be available somewhere for FSX.

Since when Manfred Jahn makes models for XP-11???????? I thought he is strictly FS9, FSX, and P3D modeller?????

I already looked around and could not find that repaint for FSX use

Aharon ,it was originally designed by Manfred Jahn, Jan Visser and Team for P3D and is being flown by 100’s of happy P3D/FSX users. At the end of July, Aeroworx obtained permission to port this aircraft to X-Plane.

Details on the Aeroworx Douglas C-47 X-Plane 10/11 Manfred Jahn Freeware Port over to X Plane can be found here on this link to XPlane.org Forum Aeroworx Douglas C-47 X-Plane 10/11

With the X Plane 11 PBR texturing NAC Skyliner repaint livery found on this link NAC Skyliner DC-3 ZK-AWP (Aeroworx C47 / DC3) 1.0

The real world ZK-AWP was purchased by Air Chathams who made it airworthy again, in 2010 it then flew again and began passenger services with Chathams Pacific, then to Air Chathams now where it's used for charters and freight. Air Chathams within the last year have painted ZK-AWP back into the New Zealand National Airways Corporation NAC scheme for nostalgic Scenic Flight charter operations.
