It certainly stands out. I can't say I've seen any photos of them in that scheme, but being armed with SNEB rocket pods and what looks like a gunpod,it certainly looks like a Strikemaster.

The paint was originally on a Provost. Part of the Red Pelicans display team at the Central Flying School 1960-1973.
Was never seen on a Mk88 as far as I know ...it is very red isn't it :ph43r:

The Red Pelicans, to my knowledge, never operated the JP5 in that scheme, only the later red and white training scheme. The all over red was only on the JP3. Looks cool though.
