Sorry to digress, Marty...
I have energetic friends who do this vertical hiking stuff, and brought back a fantastic set of images.
I am a little more relaxed, took my drone along but was discouraged:

EDIT:
In the sim, I had always wondered about the dark circle around the Mount, as you see in Marty's shot.
But of course it's just the DOC boundary, inside of which is native bush.
